Today at work while digging a trench for a water line i found a glass jar. It is white with no lid. It is about an inch and a half tall. On the bottom it says (Mentholatum REC Trade Mark). If anyone can help me out with this one i would appreciate it. I can also supply pictures if needed.

It sounds like a 20th century medicine from the name. A photo would help.
